I have been going to this salon now for 18 years. I've gone to other salons intermittently and I've always gone back to O'Nails as they have always done the best job for me. Sometimes, it is crowded, but that is because so many people know they will do a good job. Going at the right time is key. Very friendly and they always remember me and acknowledge me as a repeat customer. Definitely recommend.

I have never had such a bad experience in a nail salon. The guy rushed. Didn't cut my cuticles, wanted $60 for a manicure yet didn't even use lotion. Threw it on and walked to the next person. My nails are all different shapes and jagged. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to.

Horrible my Mom and Daughter went here and My Daughter asked for gel nails and ended up only getting gel polish after she told the guy before he started several times and he did what he wanted to do my Mom got a horrible nail polish paint job done on her nails had nail polish all over her hands and fingers my 2 year old granddaughter could have done it better My Mom and Daughter did mention these things several times and spoke to a lady at the cashier and told her they was not happy she said they still had to pay told my Mom and Daughter never to go there again horrible job and service
